Cycles Africa realises the importance of supporting our communities around us. We actively support World Bicycle Relief and Reach For A Dream.
Reach For A Dream helps children with life threatening illness to believe in the power of dreams, tomorrow is worth fighting for!
Dreaming gives them hope and by fulfilling their dreams gives them courage to keep going!
Cycles Africa has donated 3 bicycles to Reach For A Dream so far.
The most recent of which was a road bike for Trevor, a transplant patient. He competed in the SA Transplant games in Pretoria on 26-27 September 2008 and qualified to participate in the World Transplant Games in Sydney, Australia in August 2009
Cycles Africa supported World Bicycle Relief with their fundraising effort at the 2011 Absa Cape Epic providing invaluable technical support to riders riding the event to raise money for World Bicycle Relief.
